For quite some time now I’ve been interested in the art of photography. Not to long ago my equipment consisted of a standard digital zoom camera, a couple of Ikea lamps, and the Adobe Photoshop program for editing. I have always taught myself to make the most of what I have and utilize the tools to its full potential. Recently I have been able to afford in purchasing some professional equipment starting with a DSLR camera, a couple of lenses and from my latest purchase, a studio lighting kit. My knowledge in photography may not be that sharp hence the fact that I’ve never took a single lesson or class, but most of what I do know is mainly through observation of other peoples works. Lately I’ve been focusing on fashion photography since I am heavily involved with it through my own line “88Back”. So now that I’ve been able to get my hands on the tools I need, I’ve been playing around with them and seeing what I could make out it. I had no subject on hand but what could be better then using yourself as the subject for your first time shoot. Anyways here are my first fashion like shots using the new studio lighting kit. Hope you like it. I’m always looking for new subjects to shoot so if you like what I’m doing please get at me because I need to upgrade my portfolio.
